Anyone who has worked in telecom for any length of time realizes that the technologies, applications, business opportunities and players change rapidly.  While providing our core services in our practice areas across a variety of projects, we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve on the latest industry developments.  

Our current Hot Topics include:

• 4G:  The next generation of wireless technology will enable much higher speeds and a host of new services and applications.  We are working with Carriers now on how they will bill and support these new revenue generating opportunities.

• American Recovery and Reinvestment Act:  Just as we helped PCS players launch their systems in the 1990's, we are now actively engaged in working with the winners of federal stimulus program grants to build out and integrate the Billing, Revenue Maximization and Customer Experience systems that will enable them to successfully deliver broadband to rural markets.
