is seeking local candidates in the Denver market for our
Test Team Lead consulting project, with preference for
experience within the telecom sector. This is
initially a 6 month+ project with good prospects to extend
longer term. Primary required experience is outlined
below:
PROJECT:
Our
are seeking a Testing Team Lead with experience in
performance testing to improve project and development
processes. We are seeking a Project
Manager-level candidate who is able to lead the design of
the process for the team. They will need to be able
to lead the design process and support the client in
implementing the process.
REQUIRED
SKILLS:
· Must
have experience creating and managing performance testing
environments
· Must
be able to design and implement a new performance testing
suite
· Must
be aware of what tools are typically used in performance
testing
DUTIES:
· Create
a whole new testing process at the client to conduct
performance testing on all new development for existing
platforms. These tests will not deal with testing
the functionality of the application, as much as the
speed in which it accomplishes its goal, and the
information delivered to users or other applications.
· Create
performance test scenarios
· Create
the process for writing test cases and executing them.
These will not be pass or fail tests, but will be graded
against acceptable metrics
· Direct
the client in creating the metrics to be used in measuring
system and application performance
